Snowbird rental $3500 per month
We welcome our winter visitors! We have all the golf and outdoor adventures you could ever want! Duration varies; monthly only beginning December 1st through to March 1st, 3 months minimum. We can work with a few days at the beginning or the end also.

summertime monthly rental $4000 per month
This is an ideal rate for folks wishing to stay in the Laughlin / Bullhead / Fort Mohave area for an extended time while they house shop or telecommute for work. We offer all the comforts of home and then some for families. Balancing family play and work time or looking for a new home in a seller's market is stressful enough. Come stay with us.
