Primary bedroom; has a King bed with Spinal care bamboo mattress and sustainable Mango-wood platform bed with floating nightstands: CubieBlu charging station/sound system, flat screen tv with Netflix and Roku. Second bedroom; Queen Serta mattress, clock radio, lamps with USB charging bases and flat screen tv with Netflix and Roku. Third bedroom; two twin beds with clock radio, lamp with USB charging port, and flat screen tv with Netflix and Roku.
We offer upscale linens and duvets. Two bathrooms (master has double size shower and two sinks; second bath is a full bath with single sink) Premium luxury towels and nice quality complimentary soaps, shampoos and lotions.

The Great room has a 65" Smart television with Air antenna, Netflix, and Roku; electric fireplace with remote; DVD library and adventure guide books. The Kitchen has every appliance imaginable from a waffle maker to a crock pot, electric griddle, pressure cooker(s) roasting pan, toaster; dual coffeemaker for drip or pods and more. Cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, utensils. Call and ask if you need more information or want to know in advance if there's a certain appliance. The Dining room has seating for 4 at the table plus 2 at the adjacent kitchen eating bar. Wet bar has a Margarita maker, popcorn machine and docking sound system. Nice little surprises like a handmade inlaid sorrento wood antique gaming table with interchangeable game tops; A milkshake machine, (because ...vacation!) and so much more!
Amenities outdoors
Wonderful private backyard with 10 x 30 pool ; Weber gas grill; outdoor seating and dining under the pergola; Lounge chairs and casual seating. There are six catch and release fishing ponds on the property's greenbelt with fishing poles in the garage. A large deckbox holds pool toys (and an electric pump) and games and sporting equipment (horseshoes, ladderball, football, frisbees etc) all free and included in your stay. Our private, gated boat launch is yours to enjoy. No waiting at any of the public ramps to get on the river. We also have a walk-in, private sandy beach on keycard access for your enjoyment.

Well we're glad you asked! We have an On-site washer and dryer and our guests also receive a complimentary laundry pod and dryer sheet to do a load if they wish. Secure Schlage lock with personal code access. Alexa. Coffee pods to get you started; popcorn and fixings for the popcorn machine. Extra toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, trash bags; ziploc baggies, saran wrap etc. Now... doesn't that sound better than some impersonal hotel? PLUS top-notch enhanced cleaning and sanitizing of all touch surfaces by our great housekeeping crew.
