Area Overview

The Colorado river separates California and Nevada on the west side from Arizona on the East side.

Laughlin Nevada is 20 minutes from the house and is known as "Little Las Vegas" with large resort-style hotels and casinos that offer great dining, entertainment and gaming.

Lake Mohave is also 20 minutes away. It's a boater's paradise with fishing, jetski rentals, a large marina and over 200 miles of beaches and coves waiting for you to explore. The Colorado river is the place for fun on the water with access all the way from Davis Dam at the southern end of Lake Mohave all the way to the Parker dam at the southern tip of Lake Havasu with the stunning Needles gorge in between.

Las Vegas and Harry Reid airport is 90 minutes north which makes a quick trip to Laughlin-Bullhead easy and affordable from anywhere in the Country.
